I Bake: Oreo Stuffed ChocolateChip Cookies

Elyoom i had a fight with almost everyone including MOM .. 😦 and what i do when ever im mad .. i bake !!!! its my way out .. 3ad ye6la3 ele ye6la3 sometimes i do stupid recipes i mix things 3ala 7asab my mood .. 3ad ye6la3 ele ye6la3 ..

while checking Mark blog i saw similar to this recipe .. so i searched online till i got this recipe .. mine is bigger maybe cuz i used more chocolate chip i also mixed some white chocolate chip with it .. i also added 3 TBSP of water and 1 TBSP of Oil to the dough to make it more moist ..

2 sticks butter

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 TBSP vanilla

31/2 cup Flour

1 Tsp salt

1 Tsp baking soda

10 Oz ( less than 1 bag of chocolate chip)

Oreo

(i added 1 TBSP OIL & 3 TBSP WATER to soften the dough)

• oven 170 (350)
• In mixer .. mix (Butter & Sugar) mix well .. then add (Egg & Vanila) .. add (salt & baking soda & flour) .. Mix well .. then add (Chocolate chip)..
• Scoope up the oero and scope down then squeeze and make ur stuffed cookies .
• add parchment baking sheets and bake 10 to 15 min ..
• let it cool and Bl3afyah ..
